Refund & Returns Policy

At Tidy Collectables, we are committed to providing high-quality TCG products. As an Australian business, our policy is drafted in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase, especially regarding “Live Breaks” and sealed Trading Card Game (TCG) products.
1. No Change of Mind Returns
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or store credit if you simply change your mind, find the item cheaper elsewhere, or decide you no longer want the product.
Please ensure you review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
2. Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged, is not what you ordered, or has a major manufacturing fault, you are entitled to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law.
- What to do: Please email us at contact@tidycollectables.com.au within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damage/fault.
- Resolution: We will assess the issue and offer a replacement, repair, or a full refund (including shipping costs) if the product is deemed majorly faulty.
- Note: Minor cosmetic imperfections on factory-sealed shrink wrap (e.g., small tears in the plastic on an ETB) or “off-center” cards inside sealed packs are not considered major faults unless the contents inside are damaged.
3. Live Breaks & Whatnot Policy
Due to the nature of Live Trading Card Games (TCG) Breaks on platforms like Whatnot:
- No Refunds on Opened Packs: Once a pack is opened live on stream, the service is considered “completed.” We strictly cannot offer refunds because you “didn’t get the card you wanted.”
- Fulfillment Errors: If we make a mistake during the stream (e.g., forget to ship a specific card), we will rectify this immediately by shipping the missing item or offering Store Credit equal to the market value.
4. Singles & Graded Cards
- Singles: All single cards are sold “as is.” We make every effort to photograph and describe conditions accurately (NM, LP, MP). Please review photos carefully before purchasing.
- Graded Cards (Slabs): We do not accept returns on PSA/BGS/CGC slabs due to “case scratching” or disagreement with the grading company’s assessment.
5. Pre-Orders
- Pre-orders are secured stock. If you wish to cancel a pre-order, you may do so up to 7 days before the release date.
- Cancellations made within 7 days of the release date are not permitted, as this stock has been specifically allocated to you.
