2. Products and Pricing (TCG Disclaimer)
- Market Volatility: Prices for Trading Card Game (TCG) products fluctuate rapidly. We do not offer price adjustments if the market value of an item drops after your purchase.
- Condition: Unless specified as “Graded” or “Mint,” raw singles are sold as “Near Mint to Lightly Played” condition. Please review photos carefully before purchasing.
- Errors: We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the Service or on any related website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).
3. Live Stream Auctions (Whatnot)
- Binding Bids: All bids made during our live streams are binding contracts. By bidding, you agree to pay the final auction price plus any applicable shipping and fees.
- “As Shown”: Items shown on stream are sold “as is.” We make every effort to show the condition clearly on camera.
4. Shipping and Delivery
- Risk of Loss: All items purchased from Tidy Collectables are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
